The Interview Process
During the student interview, determination of student needs and expectations will be discussed. The Student Handbook will be reviewed so students and parents will have a clear understanding of uniform requirements, rules, restrictions, etc. Please download a copy of the Handbook prior to your interview date. Reading in advance will allow students and parents to better prepare any questions or concerns regarding established policies.
Once a student has been accepted for enrollment, the appropriate documents must be filled out and signed. These will become a part of the student's permanent records. In addition to the initial Application For Admission, the following forms must be completed:
General Release of Information form (Allows BSCA to request records from prior school)
Statement of Cooperation / Student Handbook Receipt and Acknowledgement
Student Registration form (New forms are required yearly)
Permission to Treat (Medical emergency only) The school has a notary public on campus who will witness parent signatures. This form must be updated each school year.
Any off-campus events (field trips, sports activities, etc.) will require written parental permission. These forms will be sent out on an as-needed basis. Students not returning the signed form will not be allowed to participate. Verbal permission is not an acceptable alternative.
